On a personal level, I started practicing mindfulness and time management, which have been working exceptionally well for me. Mindfulness helps me stay focused and calm, allowing me to make more thoughtful decisions and see good results for every input made. Effective time management ensures I prioritize tasks efficiently, leading to increased productivity and better work-life balance.
I also believe in playing hard with my subordinates, creating a dynamic and energetic work environment. This approach not only fosters camaraderie but also encourages creativity and innovation.
