PRESS & FACILITY VISIT 2013 REPORT
Aside visiting SIGN AFRICA & AFRICA PRINT 2013 EXPOS – CAPE TOWN – participants from YALIAM PRESS LTD and MOVA INDUSTRIAL DESIGN also used the opportunity to learn from industry colleagues on best business practices. With commendable support of KBA Agents in Nigeria (Exact Solutions) and South Africa (Thunderbolt); and Tygan Press, participants learn from the experiences of Ultra Litho, CTP Printers and Tygan Press.
AT TYGAN DIGITAL & SIGNAGE
Participants learn from owner – Derek Meano on some of the best ways to do large format or allied print business especially in the present circumstances of stiff competition. They also got useful information on purchasing machines, consumables or media for their print businesses.
AT THUNDERBOLT SOLUTIONS
With guidance of Thunderbolt Solutions (PTY) LTD duo of Glyn Gilbert (Business Development Manager) and Jeff Anderson (Project Manager), participants were picked up from their Hotel (The Westford Hotel & Suites, Sandton) for a site visit to Ultra Litho and CTP Printers both in Johannesburg, South Africa. After the visits, Thunderbolt warmly received the delegates at their office for a lunch.
In all, participants expressed gratitude to their hosts for their unconditional openness, sincerity and love.
