Moves into ultra-modern Head Office Block
To say that Digital Colors Limited is a Frontliner Printing Company in Lagos is no news. But it is the news again setting yet another trail-blazing standards with the acquisition of new set of printing equipment as well as moving into its new ultra-modern head office block located at no 4, moshalashi Street, Shomolu, Lagos.
A visit to this new offi ce paints a picture of what an ‘Out of this world’ press should be. Standing massively is a storey building on the street, with all the trims of elegance and class. The ground fl oor serves as the press, while the upper floor is reserved for administrative services. The reception reminds one of a 5-Star hotel’s.
According to the MD/CEO – Mr. Gokay Oludare, the movement this new building is facilitated by the need for further expansion to enable the company meet with the daily increasing client base, as well as that of quality printing demands in the industry. He further explains that it is not only the movement into the new building that constitutes the expansion, but the acquisition of more state-of-the-art printing equipment.
The company has installed several new printing machines which include the Roland large format printer, Agfa Avalon N4 Chemistry free Computer-to- Plate (CTP) system, Heidelberg Speedmaster 102 and Heidelberg 5-Colour A2 press with In-line Coating. “We know that all eyes are on us at all times. People look up to us especially with the constantly changing trend in the printing industry, and we cannot afford to let them down in their expectations, so we thought it wise to further invest into more modern facilities that will project us even than we have been before”, said Mr. Oludare.
The Company at the moment is running a promo as token for their customers who may want to have a try on their new equipment. They can have their computer-to-plates done for the price of the conventional fi lms and plates. Customers will enjoy free varnish on all jobs printed on the multi-colour A2 press. Price reductions are also available on other services while the promo last.
And on the fi nal note, Mr. Gokay Oludare, who was recently conferred with the Fellow Award of the Chartered Institute of Professional Printers of Nigeria (CIPPON) reiterates that the best is yet to come, as there is no fi nish-line in the race for success.
