Maher Adada is the parent company of Top Solutions Nigeria Limited. Exhibiting as Maher Adada Est., during Sign & Graphic Imaging Middle East (SGI 2014) Dubai UAE, WHERE To Print caught up with Mrs. Getrude Okporua – the General Manager of Top Solutions Nigeria Limited. She shared her experience at the SGI 2014 show as well as her company’s plans for the Nigerian market in 2014:
Why are you here?
Though our parent company – Maher Adada is presently in Middle East, we are here as a group from Lagos, Nigeria; Accra, Ghana; as well as the head office in Beirut to showcase our product offerings to the market. We are also here to network with our customers.
What is the new product offering you have here?
The Roland Versa Camm and SolJet series. They meet tough demands of our customers for quality, durability and affordability. We also have our CNC Cutting solutions. We are offering these products this year because we’ve seen from their applications different opportunities that our customers will get from them.
How has the exhibition been so far?
We’ve done well from the first day of the exhibition. We’ve had a customer paid for the machine on our stand already. We also had some coming to partner with us as our representatives in the Middle East Region. So the exhibition has worth the investment.
Let’s be specific now; what is Top Solutions offering her customers in 2014?
We are very much equipped with after sales service support backed with experience engineers. Though we have expatriates who come in to train our engineers from time to time, our engineers also travel abroad to be trained on the latest development on our machines. Also note that our machines are user-friendly. We don’t have to be at our customers’ offices all the time. Technology has gone far and we only need internet compatibility to do some trouble-shooting and our machines are running again.
What arrangement do you have on payment for your machine?
We have an arrangement with First Bank as our principal. Our customers are welcome to take advantage of the offers we have with First Bank. They are welcome to talk with us further on this.
Our coming for this exhibition has exposed us to a lot of different applications and opportunities that we are also going to expose our customers to. We want to help our customers carve a niche for themselves in the market. We are going to be having series of workshops, open houses and exhibition this year – to expose our customers to different applications on our machines so that they in turn make good returns on their investments. I also want to use this medium to say a big thank you to all our loyal customers for their patronage all through Year 2013. We hope to serve you better this Year 2014.
