To appreciate her publics and confirm her commitment to positively affect and nurture relationships, one of Nigeria’s most innovative printing presses – Livingproof Press Limited recently host and celebrate her numerous customers at this year’s Customer Forum meant to also reward outstanding staff who have spent up to five years with the company.
Speaking during the well attended event, the Group Managing Director of Livingproof Press Limited – Mrs. Wunmi Olukilede noted that the event was organized to not only celebrate and reward Livingproof Press publics but also to accommodate customers complaints, observations and questions especially in terms of customer satisfaction with a view to improve Livingproof Press Limited well-known professional and courteous services. She stressed that Livingproof Press was not out to make money at the expense of its internal and external publics but to rather give them professional and satisfactory print services.
According to her, ‘money is not everything, though it is key to business operations but at Livingproof Press – we are not in a hurry to make money but to ensure constant customer satisfaction which is our core value. We also want our customers to know that making an impact and adding value to their businesses through our unique services matter to us more than making money. I assure all our customers that all the observations put forward will be tenaciously dealt with”, she promised.
Speaking in this same vein, Pastor Tola Olukilede, the Chairman of Livingproof Press Limited added that their customers are always treated as kings as he believed this is the main reason Livingproof Press is in business in the first place. He stressed further that the forum has given Livingproof Press management the opportunity to interact and show their profound appreciation to their loyal customers. Pastor Tola, known for his philanthropy, then personally gave out the sum of N300, 000 to two outstanding staff and urged other staff to emulate their dedication and good deeds.
Guest Speaker at the occasion – Dr. Anthony Bamidele Azeez, Chief Executive Officer of Rainbow Card Nigeria Limited urged the management of Livingproof Press Limited to ensure that those manning their printing machines are professional printers and not mere operators who know less to nothing about proper press management adding that the management should instill good maintenance culture on the staff to prolong the lifespan of their printing machines.
On Livingproof Press Limited future plans, the Olukiledes revealed that the company’s innovation plans include acquisition of automatic gluing machines for light packaging aside constant on-the-job training and exposure of their staff to ensure Livingproof Press Limited continually exceeds customers’ expectations.
