Are there any restrictions on who can attend the show?
The only restriction is age-related. No one under the age of 14, including infants, will be admitted to the show floor or seminars at any time. Proof of age may be required. Anyone 14 years of age or older must register. There are no exceptions. Child care will not be provided.
Is WiFi available at McCormick Place?
Complimentary Wi-Fi is available in public/function space and meeting rooms.
This service is for checking e-mails or basic websites with minimal graphic content. Access to the Wi-Fi network may be sporadic and cannot be guaranteed as access is based on the volume of users.

How do I register for a Media/Press badge?
Media/Press Registration is available online only. Proper media credentials are required.
Who is eligible for a Media/Press badge?
Individuals who perform editorial functions at recognized trade media disseminated to the graphic communications trade, on specific assignment to cover the event, will be granted credentials.
When will I get my badge?
Badges will begin mailing in late July. You should receive your badge at least 1-2 weeks before the show. If you register after September 16, your badge will not be mailed, and will be available for pick-up at the show at the express check-in stations in Registration. Badges mailing to destinations outside of the U.S. will not mail after September 8.
Is an exhibits entry badge included in the seminar registration price?
Yes, if you register for a seminar, your seminar badge includes access to the exhibit hall.
I lost my badge. How can I get a replacement?
A replacement badge may be obtained on-site at no charge. We only allow for one replacement badge per person.
