The people of Zaria in Kaduna State, North West Nigeria were in celebration mood throughout the entire 3rd week of December 2017 when erudite Printer par Excellence – Alhaji Yahaya Amfani, Chairman/ CEO of Yaliam Press LTD, Abuja gave out his beautiful first daughter – former Miss Zeenat Yahaya in a Wedding Fatiha to Bala Mohammed Kolo – son of Makaman Agaie, late Alhaji Mohammed Kolo.
The glamorous event highlight was on Friday 22nd December 2017 which traditionally was dedicated to the Womenfolk saw dignitaries, friends and families of both the bride and groom in attendance to share in the joy of the occasion and to wish the happy couple a blessed union. Thus Samaru district of Zaria in Kaduna State stood still for the Yaliam and Kolo families as crowd of people converged from across the country and beyond. These were top government functionaries, business associates, community as well as religious leaders not forgetting the good people of Kaduna State.
Next day, the Wedding Fatiha formally took place at the Central Mosque, ABU Main Campus, Samaru Zaria, Kaduna State under the Chairmanship of Mutallawalin Zazzau with top politicians as well as government functionaries and business associates in attendance. Reception follows immediately at Alhaji Yahaya Amfani’s Residence on Sarkin Pawa Road, Zaria Kaduna State.
