IT’S ONE THING TO HAVE A MACHINE AND IT’S ANOTHER TO GET THE SERVICE NEEDED TO RUN THE MACHINE, WHAT DOES MORGANA OR FC EXPORTS HAVE IN STOCK FOR INVESTORS?
Jack: You know our engineers; Joshua, Kunle, Humphrey and Dave. We do have the best technical support in Nigeria. They are always going through trainings. But realistically, Morgana is reliable. We don’t envisage any problem but if need be – we have the full support for our customers.
Ray: We support all our dealers. We are not going to sell any machine without supporting it. We also have our online support systems like Skype or telephone etc.
WHAT ABOUT PARTS AND ACCESSORIES?
Ray: We have enough parts and accessories. Our dealers will also build up and stock parts and accessories to reduce downtime as possible.
DO YOU HAVE CREDIT FACILITY?
Jack: We work with a number of banks in Nigeria such as Standard Bank and Bank of Industry. We are willing to work with any customers to get them the best.
WHICH IS YOUR BEST SELLER?
James: Our best seller is the DigiFold with auto creasing. For the Africa market, we have the digital binding and folding machines. We know that digital printing is becoming stronger and we are ready to support players in this exciting market.
