Nigerian Upper House Lawmaker – Senator Oluremi Tinubu recently commissioned the newly installed Heidelberg XL 75 Press, Perfecta 3 knife Trimmer, Heidelberg Euro Binder, Heidelberg Varimatrix and Hofman Glue Line at Afkar Printing and Publishing Company Limited.
Speaking during the event, Senator Tinubu commended the management led by Mr. Alan Ballard for its progressive and sustainable growth over the years. According to her, ‘the installations are a plus for Afkar to confidently compete with any press anywhere in the world’ as she also noted that ‘I can now see Nigerian working in a conducive environment. I am very proud to be associated with Afkar’.
While answering question on Nigeria’s workers maintenance culture, she assured that a lot of incentive has been put in place by Afkar management to ensure that workers are committed, motivated and law abiding to ensure good maintenance culture.
