The Federal Capital Territory Abuja was the host city of manpower development partner of choice – Print Academy Consulting Limited Awareness Initiative that was proudly sponsored by Technology Global Services Limited meant to lit the nation’s capital up with up-to-date information on fast rising Direct To Garment (DTG) Print business.
The start-up seminar which was held on Wednesday 23rd of November 2016 at Royalton Hotel, Garki Abuja was built on the success of previous edition of initiative that was held in Lagos. Predictably, the event witnessed large turn-out of print practitioners, textile/ garment business owners and would-be investors from not only Abuja but close boarder states.
The DTG print business start-up seminar was aimed at bridging the human capacity development gap in the industry thereby creating awareness on the latest technology in textile particularly T-Shirt printing contrary to the monotonous and time consuming traditional heat transfer and screen printing procedures which participants believed would yield high return on investment.
