As promised, the U.S. Commercial Service Nigeria as part of its array of value-added services to the Nigerian Delegation to Americas largest and most comprehensive graphic communications trade shows and conferences – PRINT 17 in Chicago, Illinois took delegates to PLUM GROVE PRINTERS located on Stonington Avenue within the serene Hoffman Estates in Illinois. PLUM GROVE PRINTERS is into the business of printing, tradeshow displays and promotional products with powerful execution.
Founded in 1980, WHERE To Print gathered that the closely-knitted PLUM GROVE has a distinctive human approach to print business. According to Founder cum Sales Manager, Mr. Peter Lineal – printing business has evolved overtime and it will only take creative, committed and passionate people to succeed: “We’re not just enthusiastic printers of business forms and sales and marketing materials, we’re dedicated graphic arts professionals who seek to use our creative skills to improve the results of our customers printed documents as well as sales and marketing materials”.
The highly excited Mr. Lineal took the delegates round his entire office building while teaching them time-tested and practical ideas that will make their (print) businesses succeed. From the design section to the prepress, press and postpress the facility visit afforded them the opportunity to ask salient, direct and customised questions bothering on print business; and they were not disappointed by Mr. Peter Lineal wise answers.
Customers are the purpose of our work
This is a fact at PLUM GROVE. Enthusiastically, Peter says: “We love it when our customers call us or stop in to visit. Every single customer is important to us. Here, you’re not a number. You’re a real person with a name. We are truly grateful when you give us the chance to be a business partner and your printer”.
We help build a strong local business community
With a mission to align PLUM GROVE goals with that of his customers, Peter Lineal strategy from the very start is to help his customers GROW their SALES, SAVE them MONEY, BUILD their BRAND, and SAVE their TIME. WHERE To Print gathered that he does this by looking at the bigger picture of the entire business community – putting his customers and co-workers first. “We always figured that putting people before profits just made good common sense”, Peter explains while noting further that: “Our relationship with paper vendors allows us to provide an amazing collection of beautiful, earth-friendly papers from across North America. The local connections we’ve made in our community have helped us create a loyal following, as have our ability to keep promises and to consistently provide strikingly beautiful printing. None of this would be possible, of course, without the people who work here. We call each other ‘co-workers’ and are always focused on hiring and nurturing great people to help us build our company”.
As the Delegates leave PLUM GROVE, they are held in awe as all workers from the founder to the lowest staff demonstrated passion and commitment to work.
