After a successful participation of both FESPA Africa 2015 hosted by Practical Publishing PTY and the first International Printing SA Africa Conference with the theme: The Future of Print in Africa – that took place alongside the FESPA Africa, Sign Africa, Africa Print and Visual Communications Africa shows from the 22nd to 24th July 2015, Chartered Institute of Professional Printers of Nigeria (CIPPON) and Printing Industries Federation of South Africa (PIFSA) have began plans to work together to promote print businesses among the two nations.
Deputy President/ CEO of PIFSA – Mr. Steve Thobela and its Nigerian counterpart, President/ Chairman-In-Council, Mr. Wahab Muhammed Lawal agreed to work together in the interest of both countries industries which they noted have been contributing to the growth and development of South Africa and Nigeria going by the number of employment generated and its multiplier effect on the economies of both nations.
WHERE To Print gathered that modalities on collaboration between the two industry bodies are been fine-tuned to centre on human capacity development, industry/ global issues and networking opportunities.
