IMG_0335 IMG_0370 IMG_0390 IMG_0402 IMG_0422 IMG_0428 IMG_0429 IMG_0441presents was the focal point of this edition’s PRE-DRUPA 2016 NIGERIA PRESENTATION that took place on Wednesday February 3rd 2016 at the prestigious Sheraton Hotels, Lagos.

 Highlighting the various benefits of attending world’s biggest trade fair for printing and media industries, drupa organiser/ Messe Düsseldorf representative in Nigeria – Trade Fair Services Limited Director – Mr. Akhigbe Itua presented opportunities in the entire world of print and cross-media that drupa 2016 is built on such as functional printing, 3D printing, green printing, multichannel, packaging production, and the traditional production print. He also enjoined Nigeria visitors to take advantage of various networking and alternative business opportunities this year’s drupa will present in the areas of prepress, digital and hybrid printing, bookbinding, printing and paper processing, packaging supplies production and consumables.

While availing participants with value-added services provided by Trade Fair Services Limited in arranging group travel for Nigeria participants in registration of participants, assistance in visa processing, hotel accommodation and transfers, Trade Fair Services Limited Manager – Mr. Oliver Chukwu also enlightened participants on new visa processing procedure, immigration rules and regulations by the German embassy. He however stressed the need for early registration by participants thereby ensuring smooth experience of what drupa offers.

In the same vein, Chairman of Trade Fair Services Limited, Mr. Augustus Itua with his wealth of knowledge of drupa fair advised participants to plan their visit to Düsseldorf, Germany so as not be carried away by innovative displays and happenings in the halls at the show, “with ‘Touch the Future’ as drupa 2016 theme, I must enjoin you to think about the future of your print business at the show. That is why we are also offering our Nigeria Delegation free highly educational workshops during the fair on Digital Printing Standardisation, Colourimetry and Colour Management in Printing Standardisation, Quality Control in Printing. We also have a special reception by Messe Duesseldorf GmbH for Nigeria drupa visitors”.
In a related development, Nigeria representatives of reputatable world print equipment manufacturers in attendance at the event such as Agfa and Komori were given opportunity to present products and services they would be offering Nigeria participants at their stands during the show. Agfa representative – Mr. Akin Oduwole of Technology Global Services Limited and Komori representative – Mr. Charles Falokun of Bancod Limited respectively in their presentations highlighted market trends and their latest offerings that meet specific requirements of today’s print business. They invited Nigeria drupa 2016 visitors to their stands for live demonstrations and special offers.
