Comrade Babajide Salako has been elected as President and Chairman-in-Council of Lagos-based factional Chartered Institute of Professional Printers of Nigeria (CIPPON).
Promising to build on the achievements of his predecessor – Mr. Malomo Olugbemi in his post-election speech, Comrade Salako vowed to use the instruments of the Institute to better the lots of members as he called on all stakeholders to support the Institute.
WHERE To Print gathered that other elected Council members include Mr. Oluwole Ademuyiwa (1st Vice President), Mr. Christopher Okafor (2nd Vice President), Mr. Danladi Suleiman (3rd Vice President), Mr. Balarabe Abdulsalami (Secretary) and Mr. Jerry Uka (Assistant Secretary). Mr. Oyeku Jonathan, Mr. Fadile Paul, Mr. Jude Ogar, Mrs. Rotimi Adeaga, Mr. Aderemi Olalere, Mr. Adebo Destiny, Mr. Princewill Joseph, Mr. Jidda Yusuf and Mr. Joseph Atanda made up the new Comrade Babajide Salako led Council.
