Manufacturer of advanced digital printing and production technologies – Durst has won the European Digital Press Association (EDP) award for layout, design and editing with its Smart Editor software.
Announced at drupa 2024 in Düsseldorf, Germany, the EDP Technical Committee’s citation said Durst’s cloud-based application enables customers to get exactly what they want.
Durst Smart Editor is a cloud-based solution that allows the design of personalised print products directly in the customer’s web-to-print solution. Easily connected via plug-in and API, it allows users to get exactly what they want with real-time product personalization and realistic previews, receiving the orders as print-ready files. Serge Clauss, Product Manager, Durst Software & Solutions, said: “It is an honour for us to receive this award.
