With the theme: The Future of Flexible Packaging: Workforce, Automation, and Innovation, the Open House will take place on February 24, 2026, and will bring together flexible packaging professionals for demonstrations, discussions, and insights into workforce development and automation-driven production. It will also address key challenges facing the sector, including changing workforce dynamics, evolving skill requirements, and the increasing role of automation in maintaining productivity and consistency.
