In a bid to lessen the impact of current business challenges faced by their members, Association of Professional Printers of Nigeria [ASSPPON] Mushin Zone II led by its Chairman – Mr. Abiodun Soremekun has commenced a co-operative credit facility scheme for members.
In a brief chat with Mr. Segun Okanlawon – CEO of STB Global Industry and Chairman Rebranding Committee of ASSPPON Mushin Zone II, WHERE To Print gathered that the credit facilities will further empower and enhance association members print business in this current economic recession. “ASSPPON Mushin Zone II Co-operative Society is a huge step in the overall growth of the association. This scheme will avail members numerous opportunities to succeed and will be beneficial to both members and the association at large. It was part of our agenda during the association rebranding. The form is out now and members have started registering their interest. So, I use this opportunity to enjoin others who are yet to pick up the forms to do so” implored Mr. Segun Okanlawon.
It could be recalled during the ASSPPON Mushin Zone II End-of-the-Year Get-Together in 2015, the leadership of the association promised members that a Co-operative Society would be inaugurated where members could access credit facilities to further empower and enhance their print businesses. This promise has thus seen the light of the day as members can now access the credit facility which was one of the focal points promised for structurally repackaged, re-focused and rebranded ASSPPON Mushin Zone II.
