Leading graphics equipment and consumables manufacturer – Agfa Graphics – in conjunction with her Nigeria representatives – Bancod Limited and Technology Global Services Limited recently hosted their customers in Nigeria to a briefing on drupa 2016.
The event which was held at the prestigious Sheraton Hotel, Lagos was to help Nigeria printers make informed investment decisions before, during and after attending the number one leading exhibition for print and cross media industries – drupa 2016 in Düsseldorf, Germany. The highly participatory event was also an avenue to interact with Agfa clients and prospects for better understanding of (their) investments needs now and in the near future.
Attended by Agfa Graphics Team from Belgium and United Arab Emirates led by the new Managing Director – Direct Export – Mr. Kris Vangeel assisted by the Regional Business Manager, Mr. Thibault Dejaiffe and Inkjet Specialist – Mr. Shetty Manesh Putta from UAE – participants were given first hand information of some of the new equipment and processes Agfa will be introducing at drupa from the commercial, newspaper and inkjet businesses such as the all new Tauro wide format machine. According to Kris Vangeel, ‘Agfa is poised to remain the first point of call for investors who need both economical and extra convenient print production systems for commercial, newspaper and packaging productions’. Agfa is also showcasing versatile and highly productive UV-inkjet wide-format printers with different automation and finishing options with state-of-the-art inks for industrial printing. Participants are enjoined to experience all these innovations at Agfa Hall 8A from May 31st to June 10, 2016.
